SOS Remote Support
To get remote support
- Click one of the links below. Choose the download that matches your device.
- Launch the downloaded program. It may be located in your "Downloads" folder.
- Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin. When you no longer need support, be sure to quit the program.
Windows Download
Launch the SOS Remote Support download for Windows.
Mac Download
Launch the SOS Remote Support download for macOS.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you run the program and explicitly grant permission again.
How to Submit an IT Ticket
- Email the Help Desk Email it@bryantar.gov and describe the issue.
- Assessment & Prioritization Issues are categorized by urgency and impact.
- Resolution IT will contact you if additional details are required and to resolve the issue.
